Demo
It starts with a walkthrough of the platform, tailored to the ESP or customer engagement platform your team is using. We'll show you how mailCMS works in practice and explore how it could fit into your existing workflow.
Discovery
We take the time to understand your current set-up: your platform, your team, your existing email output and the challenges you're facing. This is where we identify the gaps between what you're producing now and what you want to be producing, and start shaping the scope of your design system.
Proposal
Based on what we've learned, we put together a detailed proposal for your mailCMS design system: covering the components you'll need and the right parameters that have come out of discovery, and the commercials for your ongoing subscription.
Design
Once approved, we design the complete component library for your brand. Every module is prototyped for your review, with rounds of feedback and refinement until the system is exactly right. Nothing gets built until you're happy with it.
Build & configure
We build the design system and configure it in mailCMS, loading your data properties, setting default values, configuring personalisation and integrating directly with your ESP where supported, so your team can export content and work with platform assets without leaving the editor.
Handover
We deliver the finished system to your team, give you time to test on a staging environment, and set up any user accounts you need. When you're ready, we hand over the keys.
