Who uses mailCMS with Braze?

Bauer Media’s Rayo, home to more than 50 UK radio stations, builds its Braze emails in mailCMS, including interactive modules its Braze editor couldn’t manage on its own.

Does mailCMS change anything else in our Braze account?

No. mailCMS adds the email templates you export, and Content Blocks if you choose to send them. It never touches your Canvases, your campaigns or your user data.

Do we need to set anything up in Braze?

We connect mailCMS to your Braze account and set up the Liquid your personalisation needs as part of your onboarding, so your team doesn’t need to do anything technical.

Where are our images hosted?

On our content delivery network, so they load quickly wherever your subscribers are. Braze doesn’t accept image uploads through its API, so that’s how we handle images for Braze.

Can we still export HTML?

Of course. You can export any email as production-ready HTML, zipped or with its images hosted for you, whenever you need to.
