Can we use the HubSpot modules we already have?

Yes. Modules you keep in a mailCMS folder in HubSpot are available in the editor, ready to drop into any email with their HubL intact.

Does mailCMS change anything else in our HubSpot account?

No. mailCMS adds the emails you export, along with their images. It never touches your workflows, your lists or your contacts.

Do we need to set anything up in HubSpot?

We connect mailCMS to your HubSpot account and set up your personalisation tokens as part of your onboarding, so your team doesn’t need to do anything technical.

Where do our images go?

HubSpot lets us upload images through its API, so your email’s images go into HubSpot with it. You can also pick images from your HubSpot files while you build.

Can we still export HTML?

Of course. You can export any email as production-ready HTML, zipped or with its images hosted for you, whenever you need to.
